Wrapping Up My Arbitration / Mediation Practice

As 2026 nears its midpoint, I am seeing my final arbitration cases play out one by one. Everything I am working on now, or have on my calendar for the remainder of the year, derives from a 2025 selection. I am no longer on any agency lists. To those who selected me since January 1, not knowing I am not accepting new selections, thanks for your understanding. I am committed to finishing what I am working on and intend to provide the high level of professionalism you have come to expect.
